Need Your Help

On Friday, I am having my gall bladder out. It is a simple out patient procedure these days (at least most of the time), so I should be ok next week. I will be off of work though. In anticipation, I did make up some meals ahead to freeze. I will be taking the week off from my own crock pot challenge.

This is where I need help. I do have a recipe that I can post from one reader, but, I like to post 2. So, if you have a recipe that you would like to share, let me know. I will post it on Sunday. Of course, I will give you credit and link to your site.
