This Sunday I am taking the easy way out. We had to grocery shop and the store we go to has the BEST deli. You can get enchiladas, stuffed chicken breasts, etc. Whatever it is, it's always yummy and easy to make. Today I picked up some lasagna roll ups, so we are having those along with salad and garlic toast. I also made some turtle brownies.
Sometimes it's just nice to have someone else do all the prep work.
